GAIL GRAVES Prior to her career in real estate, Gail worked incorporate marketing as vice president of an advertising agency and director of marketing for a video production company. Along with her husband John, she successfully owned and operated the Belmont General Store for 10 years. CARL MITCHELL Carl first visited Vermont while attending St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Skiing during intersessions on the various mountains in the state convinced the undergraduate that someday he would return to live in Vermont. After graduating from Boston University with a L.D. degree and living on Long Island for many years, Carl and wife Kathy permanently moved to Vermont in 1992. When not showing real estate, Carl may be found talking on short wave radio to friends all over the world.

KERRI SOLOMON Kerri, a New England native, spent many years away in Colorado. Nine years ago she returned to New England and settled in Vermont, where she lives in Cavendish with her two daughters and three horses. Kerri volunteers as Leader of the Chester Midnight Riders 4-H Club and is treasurer for the Windsor County 4-H Horse Leaders Association. She is also a volunteer ski instructor at Okemo Mountain. Taking full advantage of the VT lifestyle, she and her daughters ride horses in the summer and ski, snowmobile and snowshoe during the winter.

After living in the Boston area for a number of years where she worked in market research, she returned to Vermont and met her husband, Michael. LISA KELLEY Lisa was raised in Chester. She lived in the Washington DC are for 10 years, after completing her education at the Culinary Institute of America, where she worked as Brunch Chef at the Sheraton Washington Hotel. She met her future husband, Chris, after moving back home to Vermont. She and Chris own and operate the Belmont General Store and are the parents of 3 children. Lisa is the current President of the Mount Holly Community Association and in her spare time enjoys being outdoors and needlework. Lisa will work hard for her buyers and sellers!

SCOTT RANNEY Scott Ranney, the newest member of the Kelley Team and native Vermonter, currently resides in Cavendish with his wife and son. He enjoys walking, traveling and meeting new people. In the future he hopes to make the transition to full-time real estate.
