CINDY AMLER
After visiting Ludlow and skiing at Okemo for many years, she made a "life change" and moved to Vermont. In her "other life", Cindy was a nurse health coordinator working with children and families. She is still actively involved with the Head Start program on a national level. An avid skier, Cindy can often be seen shushing down the slopes of Okemo Mountain, with her card in hand ready to talk real estate.  

GAIL GRAVES
Prior to her career in real estate, Gail worked incorporate marketing as vice president of an advertising agency and director of marketing for a video production company. Along with her husband John, she successfully owned and operated the Belmont General Store for 10 years. Gail currently serves on the board of directors for both the Crown Point Board of Realtors and the Mount Holly Community Association. She enjoys travel to exotic places, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. It’s not unusual to see Gail out showing property with skis or snowshoes on. 

JOAN JUDGE
Joan finds it hard to believe that it’s almost a decade since leaving the hectic world of commercial advertising and photography to resume her first love, residential real estate, in the most beautiful part of the country, the Vermont Green Mountains. Joan, a proficient sailor of racing boats, was the first female elected to the Norwalk Sail and Power Squadron. Upon meeting Joan you will find her knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and dedicated to satisfying the dreams of home buyers and sellers. 

CARL MITCHELL
Carl first visited Vermont while attending St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Skiing during intersessions on the various mountains in the state convinced the undergraduate that someday he would return to live in Vermont. After graduating from Boston University with a L.D. degree and living on Long Island for many years, Carl and wife Kathy permanently moved to Vermont in 1992. When not showing real estate, Carl may be found talking on short wave radio to friends all over the world.  

RICHIE RUSSO
Richie has been a fixture of the Ludlow scene for decades! As owner of the Pot Belly Pub restaurant, he knows the Ludlow business community well. Look for Richie at the Pot Belly, on the golf course or out listing and selling properties in the Ludlow area.  

KERRI SOLOMON
Kerri, a New England native, spent many years away in Colorado. Nine years ago she returned to New England and settled in Vermont, where she lives in Cavendish with her two daughters and three horses. Kerri volunteers as Leader of the Chester Midnight Riders 4-H Club and is treasurer for the Windsor County 4-H Horse Leaders Association. She is also a volunteer ski instructor at Okemo Mountain. Taking full advantage of the VT lifestyle, she and her daughters ride horses in the summer and ski, snowmobile and snowshoe during the winter.  

TYLEEN MURRAY
Ty is a seventh generation Vermonter who graduated from The University of Vermont. After living in the Boston area for a number of years where she worked in market research, she returned to Vermont and met her husband, Michael. When Ty isn't showing properties, she can be found spending time with their young children or putting the finishing touches on their log home in Belmont. 

LISA KELLEY
Lisa was raised in Chester. She lived in the Washington DC are for 10 years, after completing her education at the Culinary Institute of America, where she worked as Brunch Chef at the Sheraton Washington Hotel. She met her future husband, Chris, after moving back home to Vermont. She and Chris own and operate the Belmont General Store and are the parents of 3 children. Lisa is the current President of the Mount Holly Community Association and in her spare time enjoys being outdoors and needlework. Lisa will work hard for her buyers and sellers!  

SCOTT RANNEY
Scott Ranney, the newest member of the Kelley Team and native Vermonter, currently resides in Cavendish with his wife and son. He enjoys walking, traveling and meeting new people. Scott owns and operates a successful floor sanding business; which keeps his finger on the pulse of current housing activity in the area. In the future he hopes to make the transition to full-time real estate. Scott knows Ludlow, Cavendish and many of the surrounding towns intimately from his years of growing up in Cavendish and traveling for business
