Meet Don Eatmon, Broker/Owner
Born in South Carolina, my journey to Vermont began while I attended Wofford College and as a student had the opportunity to travel to New England where I learned to enjoy winter hiking, ice climbing and skiing.
After college I began working at Sugar Mountain Ski Resort in North Carolina. This is where I met my wife, Robin.
We both became certified instructors and later became co-directors of the ski school at Beech Mountain Resort in North Carolina.
While attending a Professional Ski Instructors workshop I discovered Okemo Mountain Resort. We both fell in love with Ludlow finding it to be the perfect blend of real town and ski town.
We moved to Ludlow in 1983 and worked at Okemo. Robin was the director of the children's ski school and I was a ski school supervisor.
When our two daughters were born, we settled into our home in
Mount Holly. Needing to expand my professional horizons...Real Estate
seemed like a great career opportunity for me.
Active in my community I was a
member of the steering committee of the Mountain Valley Chapter of Vermont Land
Trust as well as a member of the Mount Holly Planning Commission and a Past President
of the Crown Point Board of Realtors.
Now celebrating 30 years in the business I have enjoyed great
success. I still love the Okemo Valley area, my home and being in real estate.
Robin and I recently became first-time grandparents!
I'm proud of Kelley Real Estate and all we have accomplished as a team since my ownership began in 1998.
